Backorders, Split Orders and
Preorders
In order
to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible, we will first
ship you all items that are in stock, and then separately ship any
items that are on backorder as soon as they arrive in stock.
These will appear as separate charges on your credit card because
you are charged at the time that the package ships. Please
note that even when all your items are in
stock, you may receive more than one package because our suppliers may ship
from different warehouse locations. In that case, you will
only be charged shipping once, and the charge will
be applied to the first package that's
shipped. Occasionally, we will let you preorder an item before
it's even released. Preordering an item is the best way to
ensure you get an item as soon as it comes out. All
backordered and preordered items will show up in your cart
under the separate, "back-order/preorder"
heading.

Restrictions |

- We cannot ship to military
addresses, such as APO and FPO.
- We cannot ship to P.O.
Boxes, because FedEx and UPS do not deliver to
P.O. Boxes.
- Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is by
Express delivery only, and average delivery time is 5-10
business days.
- We cannot ship internationally.
Delivery is limited to the United States.

When you purchase an item to ship as a gift along with other
items, the gift items are processed for shipping charge purposes as separate orders. For example, if you send
your mom Sheena Easton's new CD ($27.99) and buy Showtime's "Queer as Folk" ($99.56) for yourself, you'll pay
$7.45 to ship your mom's gift and $9.45 to ship your package. |

Any adult merchandise you order from
KleptoBlue, Kleptomaniac's adult shopping area, will
ship in a plain box with "Kleptomaniac.com" as the return address. The charge on your credit card will
also read "Kleptomaniac.com." We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Note: The "bill to" and the "ship to" address must be the same on all adult purchases. Also, we do not ship
adult materials outside of the United States.
